JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please handle with care.
For sterling silver, clean with a soft polishing cloth. Do not use a liquid cleaner.
For gold vermeil, if needed, wash gently with mild soap and water.
Leather and hand stitched pieces should be handled with extra care and not worn in water.
Shipping is $10 for all domestic orders and $25 for international. All orders are shipped via USPS, first class and priority, with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated by the size, shape, and weight of total products purchased. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be assembled before shipping.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact email@example.com or fill out the form on the Contact page, within 30 days of receiving your product to either exchange your item for something different or receive a refund. Exchanges are encouraged over refunds, as all jewelry is made to order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund/exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or inquire using the form on the Contact page. If your refund/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
